CARL MAY – Managing Partner

Carl is a Tax Specialist who obtained an MPhil in capital transfer, transactional taxes as well as international tax planning. He also achieved an Honours in income tax being awarded both degrees from the University of Cape Town. He also holds an Honours in Accounting Science and is both a South African and Australian Chartered Accountant. His lateral thinking and entrepreneurial aptitude is appreciated by the firms client base which comprises largely owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals. His skills compliment those of his key personnel who are all highly experienced and mostly highly qualified professionals. If you have any Tax or other business questions, Carl will make himself available at short notice to expertly analyse the issues at hand and give you practical guidance in dealing with them.

A tax specialist with an Mphil in Tax Law and an Honours in Taxation both obtained from UCT.
Naomi manages the tax department and deals with all tax compliance needs. She is highly experienced and is also an expert in international tax & tax planning. She works hand in hand with the managing partner Carl May.
